Wisconsin Women headed to Lemont, IL this last weekend to compete in the Midwest Thunderbird Cup. Going into the weekend with eighteen, Wisconsin had an upward battle and fought the whole time.
Although they lost both matches, they were led valiantly by their captain Loren Schlei who had a number of Tries and assists, and set up several big runs.
With losses in both Cup matches, Wisconsin will be moving from the Cup to the Plate for 2025 and will be back with something to prove.
